How much does it cost to connect WABA?
You pay a platform subscription fee plus the cost of messages at Meta rates. Details are in the “Pricing” section above.
What are HSM templates?
HSM (Highly Structured Messages) are message templates that have to be approved by WhatsApp in advance. There are three categories: marketing (promos, discounts), transactional (notifications, order statuses) and OTP (authentication codes). Templates support variables, buttons, media and carousels. You can create and send templates right inside our platform.
What are the sending limits?
The starting limit is 250 unique recipients per day. With quality traffic and no complaints the limit grows automatically: 1 000 → 10 000 → 100 000 → unlimited. Business verification speeds this up.
Do I need a registered business to connect?
Yes, connecting WABA requires a sole proprietorship or a company. You will also need a verified Facebook Business Manager and a company website.
Can I connect an existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, but while the number is being confirmed it will not work in the regular WhatsApp app (from a couple of hours up to a day). Landline numbers and 8-800 numbers can be connected too.
Which messages am I charged for?
Meta charges per conversation (a 24-hour window). Marketing messages are the most expensive (around 37,6 ₸ per message); utility and OTP messages cost noticeably less (around 8,2 ₸). The cost of every message is deducted from your balance.
What happens if someone reports my broadcast?
WhatsApp blocks only that specific message template, not your number. That is the key advantage of WABA over unofficial WhatsApp: your business number stays protected.
