How leads are lost right now

Three situations almost every company knows

You only learn the price when the invoice arrives

Websites advertise a neat "from 5 tenge", and the figure at the end of the month is something else. There's no way to know in advance what a broadcast will cost.

It's unclear what you're paying for

Message, conversation, session, template: plenty of terms and no link to money. Budgeting becomes impossible.

    Price lists go stale

Meta revises its rates while old figures stay up on websites. Calculations based on them don't match reality.

    What exactly you're charged for

A sent template is billed, while a reply to a customer within 24 hours costs next to nothing.

How do you launch a WhatsApp broadcast without overpaying?

Connection is free and takes about 15 minutes. After that, money only goes on the line and the messages you send.

    2 minutes

    Dashboard and line

You sign up and create a WhatsApp Business API line. The line's monthly fee is known in advance.

    5 minutes

    Company number

You verify the number the broadcast will go out from and fill in the Meta form.

    before sending

A template in the right category

We agree on the text and the category so that a service notification isn't charged at the marketing price.

    before launch

    Topping up the balance

You top up the line's balance by card or by invoice. Every charge is visible in your dashboard.

    after launch

    Meta business verification

Without verification there's a daily limit on new conversations. For a large customer base it's worth completing right after launch.

Broadcasting from a regular number vs the official channel

A free broadcast from a personal number ends in a ban, and that's a price too

Bans for bulk sending are an everyday occurrence

How much does a broadcast line cost?

The monthly line fee is fixed and shown below. Messages are paid separately, at Meta's rates for the recipient's country.

    WhatsApp Business API channel

    29 900 ₸ / month

    or $69 · €62

Messages are billed by Meta: the price depends on the recipient's country and the type of conversation. Marketing messages cost more, while replies sent within 24 hours after the customer writes are almost free for the first 1,000 a month per number and billed at the market rate after that. We quote the current rates when you connect.

Payment by Visa or Mastercard; for companies we issue an invoice.

    What makes up the price

We deliberately avoid publishing a neat "from so-much per message": rates depend on the recipient's country and the conversation type, and Meta revises them regularly. Instead, here's the honest mechanics and a live calculation.

The monthly fee for the line

A fixed monthly amount for running the channel: the team inbox, integrations, templates, auto-replies and support. It's known in advance and doesn't depend on volume.

    Messages at Meta's rates

The platform charges for conversations and splits them into categories: marketing messages cost more, service notifications less, and a reply to a customer within 24 hours of their enquiry costs very little.

    What affects the total

The recipient's country, the message category and the volume. The same broadcast costs different amounts in different countries. That's Meta's rule, the same for every service.

Why a calculator beats a price list

It pulls the current rates from our system. If Meta changes prices, the calculation changes with them instead of staying a pretty picture from last year.

    What people usually calculate

    • A promotional broadcast to your customer base
    • Order status notifications
    • Booking and appointment reminders
    • Payment and shipment confirmations
    • Replies to incoming enquiries
    • Collecting reviews after a purchase
    • Winning customers back after a pause
    • Service codes and confirmations

    Frequently asked questions

How much does one message cost?

There's no single figure: the rate is set by Meta and depends on the recipient's country and the message category. The calculator above shows the exact amount for your scenario. It runs on current rates.

Which is cheaper: a notification or an ad?

Service notifications cost less than marketing ones, and replies to a customer within 24 hours of their enquiry cost very little. So it pays to shape your communication so that customers write first.

    Is there a connection fee?

No, connection is free. You pay for running the line and for the messages you send.

Can we keep spending under control?

Yes, your dashboard shows the charge for each message, the balance remaining on the line and the full transaction history.

    Why are competitors cheaper?

Usually they're comparing different things: a monthly fee without messages, old Meta rates or the price for another country. Use the calculator, as it gives a figure that will match your invoice.

Which currency do we pay in?

In tenge, by card or by invoice for sole proprietors and companies. No foreign-currency transfers required.

We'll work out your broadcast budget

We'll explain which messages fall into which category and help you build templates that cost less to send. The first 7 days are free.
