    WhatsApp for
    food delivery

Orders are taken in a shared inbox, confirmations and delivery statuses go out on their own, and at peak time the whole shift replies instead of a single phone.

How leads are lost right now

Three situations almost every company knows

One phone can't handle the rush

Orders come in a stream and the operator physically can't keep up. Some customers don't wait for an answer and order from the place next door.

Customers call to ask where the driver is

Every one of those calls distracts the shift. And if they can't get through, they leave a bad review before the food even arrives.

    Regulars can't be brought back

A customer orders once and disappears. Reminding them from a regular number is risky: bulk sending gets it limited.

What taking orders at peak time looks like

Orders arrive in a shared window and whichever operator is free right now replies.

How do you connect WhatsApp for food delivery?

You can be ready before the evening rush: the line goes live in about 15 minutes, and status templates and the night auto-reply are set up right after.

    2 minutes

    Dashboard and line

You register your cafe or delivery service in WazzaBee and create a WhatsApp Business API line. We see your request right away.

    5 minutes

    A name for your guests

In Meta's form you enter the name, number and profile name your guests will find you by. We'll help if anything is unclear.

    2 minutes

    Code to your order number

Meta sends a code by call or SMS. If you already take orders in the WhatsApp Business app, the number is connected with Coexistence and stays the one your guests know.

    5 minutes

    Operators, statuses, auto-reply

You add your shift operators, we prepare "accepted", "being prepared" and "courier on the way" templates and switch on the out-of-hours reply.

    after launch

    Business verification in Meta

It doesn't stop you taking orders. Until verification, Meta limits the number of new conversations per day, and after it the limit is lifted.

    What you get

    01

Orders taken in a shared inbox

Several operators reply in parallel and orders don't get lost in the queue.

    02

    Order confirmation

Items, total and delivery time go out as a template right after checkout.

    03

    Delivery status

Cooking, handed to the driver, arriving in 15 minutes, with no calls and no extra questions.

    04

    Table bookings

Reservation confirmations and a reminder the day before are sent automatically.

    05

    Bringing customers back

A promotion or a new dish goes out to your base through the official channel by template.

    06

    Out-of-hours auto-reply

At night the customer sees your opening hours and isn't left without an answer.

Why delivery needs the official channel

Guests don't choose by the menu alone: they look at how fast you answered and whether it's clear when the food will arrive. Both come down to messaging, not phone calls.

Peak load stops being a problem

In the evening and at weekends orders come in waves. In a shared window several operators work through them, while the manager sees the queue and the response times.

    Statuses cut the calls

The customer gets a confirmation and updates as the delivery progresses. Far fewer "where's my driver" calls, and the shift stays focused.

    Regulars come back

A message about a new dish or a promotion goes out to your base by template through the official channel: legally, with a delivery report and no risk to the number.

    Someone answers at night too

The auto-reply gives your opening hours and takes the enquiry, so in the morning the operator doesn't start from zero.

    Frequently asked questions

Can we take orders directly in WhatsApp?

Yes, enquiries arrive in a shared inbox where the whole shift handles them. The menu and standard replies are saved as templates so nobody retypes them.

How do we send statuses automatically?

With template messages: we get the text approved by Meta once, and after that the order number and timing are filled in. Sending can be linked to your system through the API.

How many operators can we connect?

As many as your shift needs. Everyone has their own login, orders are distributed between operators, and the manager sees the queue and response times.

Can we send promotions to our guest base?

Yes, through the official channel using an approved template. A regular number gets limited for that kind of sending; the official channel doesn't.

    What about messages at night?

You set up an auto-reply on a schedule: the guest gets your opening hours and knows when someone will get back to them.

    How much does it cost?

The line costs a fixed amount, and Meta charges messages at its own rates. Replies to a guest within 24 hours of their message are inexpensive, marketing broadcasts cost more. Work out your own order flow in the calculator above.

We'll connect WhatsApp to your delivery service

We set up order taking, status templates and an out-of-hours auto-reply. The first 7 days are free, just enough to get through an evening rush.
