The blue tick
in WhatsApp
The official account badge next to your company name. Meta grants it, and not to everyone: here's an honest account of who gets it, what strengthens a request and how to file one properly.
- Filing is free
- We help prepare the request
- Honest about your chances
How leads are lost right now
Three situations almost every company knows
The customer isn't sure they're talking to the company
All they see in the chat is a number and a profile name. They hesitate over whether it's really your store and think twice about paying upfront.
Scammers using your name
Other numbers present themselves as your company. Customers have no way to tell the real account apart, and the complaints come to you.
Requests get rejected with no explanation
A company applies for verification on its own, gets refused and has no idea what was wrong or when to try again.
What a conversation with a verified account looks like
The customer sees a company name instead of a faceless number and is far more willing to keep talking.
How the connection works
Everything is remote. If the number is in order, the channel goes live in about 15 minutes
Sign-up and channel
You create an account and set up a WhatsApp Business API channel. We see your request straight away and get in touch.
Meta form
You fill in your company details right from the dashboard: name, number, channel name. We guide you through every field.
Confirming the +7 number
Meta sends a code by call or SMS and you enter it in the form. From that moment the number runs as a business channel.
Templates and launch
We prepare your first message templates and connect your CRM, and you can start writing to customers. After that you work from the chat or from your own system.
Business verification in Meta
Verification happens after the launch and does not affect messaging: until it is done Meta limits how many new conversations you can start per day, and afterwards the limit is lifted. We will help you collect the documents.
What you get
The official account badge
The blue tick appears next to your company name in the chat and in the profile.
Trust in the conversation
It's easier for a customer to pay a deposit and share details when they can see Meta has confirmed the account.
Protection against fakes
A verified account is easy to tell apart from a number pretending to be your company.
Preparing the request
We advise on what improves your odds: matching names, a website, brand mentions in the press.
Filing and follow-up
We submit the request from Business Manager and track the status, so you don't have to work out Meta's interface.
Handling a refusal
If it's refused, we look into the reason and prepare a new submission once there are fresh arguments.
A regular account vs a verified one
The tick doesn't change what the channel can do, but it noticeably changes customer trust

Who Meta grants the blue tick to
Verification is Meta's decision, not a setting in your dashboard. Nobody can guarantee it, but your odds depend predictably on how visible your brand is beyond your own website.
What Meta looks at
Brand recognition and mentions in independent sources: press coverage, industry publications, directories. Advertising and your own pages don't count as evidence.
What to do before applying
Matching company name, website and profile, a completed Business Manager, a confirmed number and a working line. Without that, requests are almost always rejected.
The tick doesn't affect how the channel works
Broadcasts, templates, integrations and limits don't depend on it. It's a trust badge, not a feature set, and that's worth knowing upfront.
What to do if you're refused
A refusal isn't final. We look into the reason, gather more mentions and refile. Companies often get the tick on the second or third attempt.
Who needs it most
- Online stores that take payment upfront
- Clinics and medical centres
- Financial and insurance services
- Large retail and chains
- Delivery and logistics
- Education and courses
- Travel and bookings
- Companies that scammers impersonate
Frequently asked questions
Can the blue tick be guaranteed?
No. Meta makes the decision and no partner can guarantee it, so anyone promising otherwise should raise a red flag. We prepare the request, file it and advise on what will strengthen your case.
How much does filing cost?
Filing is free and included in connecting the channel. Meta doesn't charge separately for verification.
How long does a decision take?
Meta doesn't commit to a timeframe: sometimes a few days, sometimes longer. The status is visible in Business Manager, and we watch it and let you know the outcome.
What strengthens a request?
Brand mentions in independent sources, such as press coverage and industry publications. Plus tidiness: the company name, website and profile must match, and Business Manager must be filled in.
What does the tick give you technically?
Only the official account badge next to your name. Limits, broadcasts, templates and integrations don't depend on it.
What if we're refused?
We look into the reason and refile once there are new grounds: fresh publications, a changed volume of conversations, an improved profile.
We'll prepare and file your blue tick request
First we connect the official channel and tidy up your profile, then we file the request with Meta and keep an eye on the status.
