    Auto-replies
    in WhatsApp

A customer writes at night or while everyone is busy and gets an answer straight away. Two rules cover most situations: a greeting on the first message and an out-of-hours reply.

    • Weekly schedule
    • Plain text or template
    • 7 days free
2 rulesfirst message and out of hours

How leads are lost right now

Three situations almost every company knows

    Night-time messages go unanswered

Someone wrote at eleven in the evening and saw a reply at ten in the morning. By then they had messaged two more companies and bought from whoever answered.

    First impressions fade into silence

A new customer has no idea whether the message even arrived. Silence in the first few minutes reads as "they don't care".

Agents type the same thing over and over

Address, opening hours, delivery terms: twenty times a day by hand. Time goes into typing instead of selling.

What an auto-reply looks like to a customer

Someone writes, the answer arrives instantly, and an agent picks up the conversation in the same chat.

How do I turn on WhatsApp auto-replies?

First the channel itself goes live, which takes about 15 minutes. Then both auto-reply rules are set up on a single dashboard screen.

    2 minutes

    Dashboard and line

You sign up and create a WhatsApp Business API line. Auto-replies run on the official channel, so you don't need to keep a phone nearby.

    7 minutes

    Number and Meta form

You enter your company details and verify the number with a code. From then on, messages arrive in your dashboard.

    a couple of minutes

    Greeting text

You write what people see in reply to their first message: who you are and when an agent will respond. You can use plain text or an approved template.

    a couple of minutes

    Schedule and pause

You mark working hours for each day, switch off days off and set the pause between repeats. The rule can be turned on for all lines or selected ones.

    What you get

    01

A greeting on the first message

Sent when someone contacts you for the first time: the customer immediately sees the enquiry has been received.

    02

    An out-of-hours reply

Fires according to your schedule and tells the customer when someone will get back to them.

    03

    A weekly schedule

Separate hours for each day and days off switched off, so the auto-reply works exactly when it should.

    04

    A pause between repeats

Configurable, so the same person doesn't get an auto-reply to every single message.

    05

    Plain text or a template

Send an ordinary message or a template approved by Meta: your choice.

    06

    Separate settings per line

A rule can be switched on for every line at once or only for the ones you choose.

    Without auto-replies and with them

The difference shows up most in the evening, at weekends and in the first minutes after an enquiry

How much will auto-replies cost at Meta's rates?

An auto-reply goes out in response to a customer's message, so it falls within the 24-hour window. Work out how many such replies you'll have in a month.

    Your country

Meta rates depend on the recipient country. Below are the final prices per message.

How much do WhatsApp auto-replies cost?

There's no separate fee for auto-replies: both rules are included in the line plan. Meta charges each message sent at its standard rates.

    29 900 ₸ / month

    or $68 · €61

Messages are billed by Meta: the price depends on the recipient's country and the type of conversation. Marketing messages cost more, while replies sent within 24 hours after the customer writes are almost free for the first 1,000 a month per number and billed at the market rate after that. We quote the current rates when you connect.

Payment by Visa or Mastercard; for companies we issue an invoice.

What auto-replies can and can't do

We deliberately don't promise a bot builder with branching logic: the dashboard has two rules that cover most real-world needs, and anything more complex is done through the open API.

Two rules out of the box

A greeting on the first enquiry and an out-of-hours message. Each has its own text, its own lines, its own schedule and its own pause between repeats.

    Works without an agent

The system sends it: the message goes out right after the customer gets in touch, even if nobody is at their desk.

Complex scenarios go through the API

If you need a full bot with branching, you connect it through the open REST API and webhooks: incoming messages hit your handler and replies come back.

    Quick replies for agents

Standard phrases (address, hours, delivery terms) are saved as templates and sent in a couple of clicks.

    Where it earns its keep

    • Stores: answering at night and at weekends
    • Services and bookings: confirming the enquiry
    • Delivery: opening hours and lead times
    • Clinics: appointment times and the address
    • Wholesale: terms and minimum order
    • Rentals: availability and rules
    • Service teams: taking requests outside the shift
    • Training: schedule and pricing

    Frequently asked questions

    Is this a full chatbot?

No, and we say so honestly. The dashboard has two rules: a greeting on the first message and an out-of-hours reply. We don't offer a scenario builder with branching. If you need that kind of bot, you connect it through the open API on your side.

Can we set our own schedule?

Yes, hours are set separately for each day of the week and days off can be switched off. The out-of-hours auto-reply follows that schedule exactly.

Will the customer get an auto-reply to every message?

No. There's a pause between repeats: until it runs out, the same person won't receive the auto-reply again.

Can the auto-reply be enabled on only some lines?

Yes, a rule applies either to all lines or to the ones you select. That's configured in the dashboard.

Plain text or a template: which should we choose?

Plain text is simpler and can be changed instantly. A template is needed when the message has to reach a customer who hasn't written for a while: under Meta's rules, only approved templates can be sent outside the 24-hour window.

    Are auto-replies charged for?

A sent message is charged under Meta's usual rules for that conversation type. Replying to a customer within 24 hours of their enquiry costs very little, and the calculator above works it out.

We'll switch auto-replies on for your line

We help you word the greeting and the out-of-hours message, then set the schedule and the pause. The first 7 days are free.
