Kaspi invoices in CRM
for free
Send a Kaspi invoice right from the chat. The customer pays in the Kaspi app, and the deal turns “Paid” on its own. No screenshots, no hunting for transfers in the statement and no separate invoicing subscription.
- 0 ₸ to connect Kaspi and for every invoice
- Payment is marked in the deal automatically, usually within a minute
- 7 days of CRM for free, no card needed
How payments from WhatsApp are taken today
The customer is ready to pay, but the money gets stuck in manual steps.
- “Where do I send the money?”
The customer asks for payment details and the agent drops other chats to answer.
- Numbers typed by hand
One wrong digit and the money goes to the wrong place or never arrives.
- Waiting for a screenshot
Customers forget to send the receipt, and a screenshot is easy to fake.
- Searching the statement
Who paid and for which order gets sorted out in the evening from the Kaspi statement.
Meanwhile the deal sits without a status, and nobody knows whether the order is paid.
How do I send a Kaspi invoice from the CRM?
Open the deal, click “Issue invoice” and send it. The customer gets the invoice in the Kaspi app, and once it is paid the deal moves to “Paid” by itself.
Invoice from the deal
Click “Issue invoice” in the “Kaspi” row. The customer's number is filled in from the card, you only add the amount and a note such as “Order #125”.
Payment in Kaspi
The invoice arrives in the Kaspi app on the customer's number. They pay in a couple of taps without typing any details.
Deal paid
The CRM sees the payment itself: the amount is written to the deal, an entry appears in the feed and an open deal moves to “Paid”.
What you get
All of this is part of WazzaBee CRM. There is no separate invoicing subscription.
The number is already in the deal
If the customer wrote on WhatsApp, their number goes into the invoice automatically. No typos possible.
A note on the invoice
In Kaspi the customer sees what they pay for: an order number, a service or a booking date.
Live status
A waiting timer runs next to the invoice. The status updates by itself, no page reload needed.
An entry in the deal feed
After payment the feed shows “Kaspi invoice paid” and the amount goes into the deal.
Full invoice history
Totals for 7, 30 or 90 days: paid, waiting and unpaid. Click a total to keep only those invoices.
You see who sent it
Every invoice shows the agent's name and time. Only the owner and admins can connect a cashier.
How much do Kaspi invoices in the CRM cost?
Nothing. Kaspi invoices are part of WazzaBee CRM: you pay for the CRM and a messaging line, and connect Kaspi for free.
The fee for accepting payments is held by Kaspi itself under your Kaspi Pay plan. We add nothing on top, and the money goes straight to your Kaspi account.
How this differs from a separate Kaspi invoicing service
| WazzaBee | Separate invoicing service | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | 0 ₸, invoices are included in the CRM | From 9,900 to 108,000 ₸ a month for invoices alone |
| Number of invoices | No separate fee per invoice | Plans are often capped by invoices or payments per day or month |
| Payment status | The deal turns “Paid” on its own, the amount is recorded | Status exists, but reaches the CRM through a separate module or a developer |
| CRM | Own CRM: deals, pipeline, deal feed and invoice history | The CRM is bought separately and linked to the service |
| Messengers | Official WhatsApp Business API, Instagram and Telegram in the same CRM | Usually none: invoices are issued in the service dashboard or via API |
| Where you invoice | In the deal card next to the conversation | In a separate dashboard, in another tab |

Which messengers can I invoice from?
From any chat that reached the CRM: the invoice is issued in the deal, and the deal is linked to the conversation.
The customer's number is taken from the chat. Official WhatsApp connects in 15 minutes.
Direct messages land in the same CRM. The customer writes their number in the chat, and you add it to the deal.
Same as Instagram: ask for the Kaspi number and the invoice goes to it.
Create a deal manually and add the customer's number: the invoice works the same way.
How do I connect Kaspi Pay to the CRM?
Through a separate employee with the “Cashier” role in your Kaspi Pay: the cashier's number and an SMS code. No bank contract, API or developer needed.
Which number works for the cashier
- A separate SIM card. A real number that receives SMS. Virtual numbers do not work.
- No sole proprietorship or LLP on the owner. A personal number of an employee or a relative works fine.
- “Cashier” role only. Manager, administrator or accountant roles will not work.
- Do not log in to the app with it. Logging in to Kaspi Pay with the cashier's number breaks the link with the CRM.
- Keep the SIM active. Keep a minimal balance or a plan without a monthly fee.
If Kaspi asks for a password or a video check while connecting, the number will not work. Take another one that meets the requirements above.
Four steps
- In the owner's Kaspi Pay: Employees → Add employee → number and the “Cashier” role.
- In the CRM: Settings → Integrations → Kaspi Pay, enter the cashier's number and click “Get code”.
- Enter the SMS code from Kaspi and click “Connect”.
- The “Connected” status appears with your company name. Deals get the “Issue invoice” button.
Who it is for
Anyone who sells in chats and takes payments through Kaspi.
The customer picks an item on WhatsApp, the invoice goes out at once, and the order is packed once it is marked “Paid”.
An invoice for a week of meals straight from the deal, and the payment shows up in the card right away.
Prepayment for a booking by Kaspi invoice, so no-shows stop leaving empty slots.
A monthly invoice for every student, and the history shows who has not paid yet.
An advance before the visit and payment after the job, all in one deal.
A spot is booked once the invoice is paid, and the list of payers is in the invoice history.
Frequently asked questions
Are Kaspi invoices really free?
Yes. WazzaBee charges nothing for connecting Kaspi Pay or for invoices. Invoices are part of the CRM: you only pay for the CRM and a messaging line, such as WhatsApp Business API or Instagram.
Who charges the payment fee?
The fee for accepting payments is held by Kaspi itself under your Kaspi Pay plan, the same as for any other Kaspi payment. WazzaBee adds nothing on top.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your company's Kaspi account. The invoice is sent from your cashier, and WazzaBee never receives or holds the money.
What do I need to start?
A Kaspi Pay business account, a separate number for the cashier and WazzaBee CRM with a connected messaging line. The CRM owner or an admin connects the cashier.
Do I need a contract with Kaspi or a developer?
No. You connect through an employee with the “Cashier” role in your Kaspi Pay: a number and an SMS code. No bank contract, API keys or developer needed.
Why does the cashier need a separate number?
The CRM works on behalf of the cashier. If you log in to the Kaspi Pay app on a phone with that number, the link with the CRM breaks. So the cashier's number must be separate, and nobody should log in to the app with it.
What happens if the link with Kaspi breaks?
The Kaspi Pay section shows “You need to sign in again”, and deals show “Sign in to Kaspi Pay again” instead of “Issue invoice”. That button opens the connection right away: the cashier's number and a new SMS code.
Can I invoice a customer from Instagram?
Yes. The invoice goes to the customer's phone number in Kaspi. On WhatsApp the number is taken from the chat, while on Instagram and Telegram the customer writes their number and you add it to the deal.
How will I know the customer has paid?
The CRM checks payments several times a minute. As soon as the customer pays, the invoice status changes to “paid”, the amount is written to the deal and an open deal moves to “Paid”.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The CRM has a 7-day free period with no card, and every feature is available in it, Kaspi invoices included.
