WhatsApp
and 1C
Order, invoice and shipment notifications reach the customer straight from your 1C. The link is built on an open REST API, with no third-party connectors and no manual work for your agents.

How leads are lost right now
Three situations almost every company knows
Notifications are sent by hand
An accountant or an agent copies the number out of 1C and messages the customer themselves. At volume that's hours of work and inevitable mistakes.
The customer doesn't know about the invoice or the shipment
The documents are ready and the goods have shipped, but the customer has no idea. Payment is delayed simply because nobody told them.
Data lives in two places
Orders in 1C, conversations in a messenger. The only way to connect them is by hand.
What a notification from 1C looks like
An event in the database sends the customer a message, and their reply arrives in the company's shared inbox.
How the connection works
Everything is remote. If the number is in order, the channel goes live in about 15 minutes
Sign-up and channel
You create an account and set up a WhatsApp Business API channel. We see your request straight away and get in touch.
Meta form
You fill in your company details right from the dashboard: name, number, channel name. We guide you through every field.
Confirming the +7 number
Meta sends a code by call or SMS and you enter it in the form. From that moment the number runs as a business channel.
Templates and launch
We prepare your first message templates and connect your CRM, and you can start writing to customers. After that you work from the chat or from your own system.
Business verification in Meta
Verification happens after the launch and does not affect messaging: until it is done Meta limits how many new conversations you can start per day, and afterwards the limit is lifted. We will help you collect the documents.
What you get
Sending straight from 1C
Your database sends the message itself on the right event: order accepted, invoice issued, goods shipped.
Templates with variables
Order number, amount and dates are inserted automatically into a template approved by Meta.
Incoming messages into your system
Webhooks bring customers' replies wherever it suits you to handle them.
No manual broadcasting
Your agents sell instead of copying numbers out of records.
A single company channel
Messages go out from the official company number, not an employee's personal phone.
Documentation at hand
Method descriptions and request examples are in your dashboard, so a developer will work it out on their own.
Manual sending vs notifications from your system
The difference is whether keeping customers informed depends on how busy an agent is
How much it will cost per month
Move the sliders to match your message volume. We use the current rates, the same ones charged to your balance
Your country
Meta rates depend on the recipients' country. The prices below already include our service fee.
Promos, discounts, invitations: marketing messages
Order status, appointment reminders, payment reminders
Everything an agent writes to a customer while the 24-hour window is open
