A client is a user who came through your link or was registered by you and has at least one paid service running: a channel on a paid plan, the CRM or the AI Office. Every such client counts, and the discount is set at the moment of each payment: 25% below 10 clients, 40% from 10, 50% from 15.
Then you take no part in the payment, and you get the simple referral rate, like everyone else: 10% of payments for plans, the CRM and the AI Office, 5% of WABA top-ups and calls. The 25–50% scale is your discount when you pay for a client from your partner account.
No. Message support and confirm that you manage 10 or more clients, and we’ll switch on the “VIP integrator” status before the move, and the scale stops applying to you. The status and the 50% discount appear in your partner dashboard right away. After that, keeping the status requires at least 10 active clients.
That’s fine: move them gradually, as their paid periods and balances run out. We set no deadlines and don’t ask you to move everyone at once: the 50% discount applies from the very first payment, even if only one client has moved so far.
When you top up a client’s WABA balance from your partner account, you get 10% off. If the client tops up themselves, you get 5%. The 25–50% scale does not apply to WABA: that money goes to Meta for conversations instead of staying with the service.
When you pay for a client’s calls from your account, you get 10% off. It is lower than the 25–50% plan discount because calls carry real costs: the phone server and talk minutes. If the client pays for calls themselves, you get 5%.
Yes. When you pay for a client’s WazzaBee CRM from your partner account, you get 25% off, and 25% off the AI Office together with extra bees. The discount applies to every renewal, with no one-year limit. If the client pays themselves, you get 10%. Honey for the bees and extra storage space have no discount, they are consumables.
