A client is a user who came through your link or was registered by you and has at least one channel on a paid plan. Every such client counts, and the rate is set at the moment of each payment: 25% below 10 clients, 40% from 10, 50% from 15.
No. Message support and confirm that you manage 10 or more clients, and we'll switch on the “VIP integrator” status before the move, and the scale stops applying to you. The status and the 50% rate appear in your partner dashboard right away. After that, keeping the status requires at least 10 active clients.
That's fine: move them gradually, as their paid periods and balances run out. We set no deadlines and don't ask you to move everyone at once: the 50% rate applies from the very first payment, even if only one client has moved so far.
WABA balance top-ups have a separate rate of 10%. The partner scale doesn't apply to them: that money goes to Meta for conversations instead of staying with the service. The 25–50% rate applies to plan subscriptions.
Calls have a separate rate of 10%. It is lower than the 25–50% plan rate because calls carry real costs: the phone server and talk minutes. The rate applies to the client's monthly calls subscription.
Yes. We pay 25% for a client’s WazzaBee CRM subscription and 25% for the AI Office subscription together with extra bees. The reward comes with every payment for as long as the client uses the system: there is no one-year limit here. Honey for the bees and extra storage space earn nothing, they are consumables.
