What is WhatsApp Cloud API
It is the official WhatsApp interface for businesses, hosted by Meta on its own servers. Meta retired the older On-Premises version on October 23, 2025, so today every official WhatsApp for business runs on the Cloud API.
Your WhatsApp Business account, number and templates live in your Meta business portfolio. If you ever leave us, they stay with you.
The payment method is linked to your WhatsApp account. Meta charges for delivered messages itself, with no currency conversion and no middleman fee.
All your agents reply from a single inbox, broadcasts go out using templates, and conversations and deals flow into Bitrix24 or amoCRM.

Who benefits from WACA
A direct connection saves money for businesses that send a lot of messages. If you don't have your own card for Meta, WABA is the easier choice.

How much does WhatsApp Cloud API cost
We charge a fixed subscription per line. You pay Meta for messages directly, and that money never passes through us.
Meta rates per message
Meta charges for every delivered template message. The price depends on the template category and the recipient's country. Amounts are in US dollars, as in Meta's official rate card.
- From October 1, 2026, Meta does not charge for the first 1 000 replies within the 24-hour window each month, per number. Messages become paid from the 1 001st. Unused free replies don't carry over to the next month.
- If a customer messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a button on your Facebook page and you reply within 24 hours, a 72-hour window opens. During that window Meta charges nothing for any messages.
- Source: the official WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page. For companies registered outside Kazakhstan, Meta may apply the international rate to verification codes sent to Kazakhstan numbers.

Meta revised its prices for Kazakhstan. Hardly anyone is talking about it, yet it affects every business that answers customers on WhatsApp.
Kazakhstan is now a separate market
The country used to be part of the «Other» group. Now it has its own rates: notifications and verification codes cost $0.018 instead of $0.0077, and broadcasts cost the same as before.
Customer replies are now paid
Regular agent messages within the 24-hour window and notifications sent in reply to a customer are now charged at the market rate.
1 000 free replies a month
Meta gives each number a thousand free service messages a month. With a direct connection, those thousand are all yours.
No card, no replies delivered
If no payment method is linked to the account, Meta stops delivering service messages. It's best to add a card right when you connect.
How to connect WACA
Everything is done in your Meta account and in WazzaBee. A step-by-step guide showing every button is in our documentation.
Meta business portfolio
Create a company portfolio in Meta Business Suite or use an existing one. Enter the name and address exactly as in your registration documents.
Meta app
In the Meta developer dashboard, create an app with WhatsApp and link it to your portfolio.
Number and card
Add your number, verify it with a code sent by SMS or call, and link a card to pay for messages.
Permanent token
Create a system user and generate a token for it with no expiry date.

Paste the token, the phone number ID and the WhatsApp account ID into your dashboard. Your line is ready to message customers.
What you need to connect
Check the list in advance, and the whole setup will take 15 minutes.
The administrator's personal profile you use to log in to Meta Business Suite.
A number that can receive an SMS or a call and isn't used in the WhatsApp app. A landline works too.
A company Visa or Mastercard with international online payments enabled.
You don't need verification to get started. You'll need it later to raise your broadcast limit and get the checkmark.
Broadcast limits and the blue checkmark
The limit shows how many new recipients per day you can send a template to. It applies to your whole business portfolio and grows on its own as long as customers don't complain.

Complete business verification in Meta, or send 2 000 high-quality templates to unique recipients within 30 days. After that the limit grows automatically whenever you use at least half of your current limit within a week.
Official business account status is granted to companies with a verified portfolio, two-step verification on the number and an approved display name, that have been on the platform for at least 30 days. You apply in WhatsApp Manager.
Cloud API sends up to 80 messages per second. For large broadcasts on the unlimited tier, Meta automatically raises the speed to 1 000 per second.

How is WACA different from WABA?
Technically, both are the same official WhatsApp Cloud API. The difference is in billing. With WACA, your WhatsApp account is connected directly, and Meta invoices your company and charges your card with no markup. With WABA via WazzaBee, we pay for the messages, and you top up the line balance in tenge, dollars or euros.
How much does WhatsApp Cloud API cost in WazzaBee?
The subscription is 29 900 ₸ per month per line. Connection is free. You pay Meta for messages directly at its rates, and WazzaBee adds no markup.
Who pays Meta for messages, and how?
Your company does. The card is linked in the payment settings of your WhatsApp Business account in Meta. Meta charges for delivered messages and invoices your portfolio. The account currency can't be changed once a card is linked, so choose it carefully.
Which card works for paying Meta?
A Visa or Mastercard bank card with international online payments enabled. If your bank blocks such transactions, enable them in your banking app before linking the card. If you don't have a suitable card, choose WABA: there you pay us in tenge.
How much does one message cost in Kazakhstan?
From October 1, 2026, a broadcast costs $0.0604, a notification or verification code $0.018, and a reply within the 24-hour window $0.018 beyond the free thousand per month. Incoming messages from customers are free. The exact amount depends on your bank's exchange rate.
Are replies within the 24-hour window free?
Until September 30, 2026, yes. From October 1, Meta charges for them at the market rate, but the first 1 000 such replies a month per number stay free. With a direct connection, that thousand is entirely yours.
Can I message a customer first?
Yes, but only with an approved template. You can send regular messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Templates are created right in WazzaBee, and Meta usually reviews them within a few minutes.
How many messages can I send per day?
At the start, you can send templates to 250 unique recipients per day. After business verification the limit rises to 2 000, then to 10 000, 100 000 and unlimited. Replies to customers who wrote to you first don't count toward the limit.
Do I need business verification, and can a sole proprietor pass it?
You don't need verification to connect a number. It's needed to raise your broadcast limit and get the blue checkmark. Both LLPs and sole proprietors can pass it, as long as their documents and website match the details in the Meta portfolio.
Can I connect a number that already uses WhatsApp?
Yes, but you need to free it up first by deleting the account in the WhatsApp app on the phone. With WACA, the number works only via the API. If you can't give up the app on your phone, connect via WABA with Coexistence.
What happens if a payment to Meta fails?
Meta may pause paid messages until the payment goes through. Incoming messages from customers keep arriving. Keep an eye on your card in the payment section of WhatsApp Manager and add a backup payment method.
Are messages from ad clicks free?
Yes. If a customer messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a button on your Facebook page and you reply within 24 hours, all messages to that customer are free for 72 hours, templates included.
How many agents can work on one number?
As many as you need, all at the same time. Everyone replies from a shared WazzaBee inbox on a computer or phone, and no phone with the WhatsApp app is required.
Does WACA work with Bitrix24 and amoCRM?
Yes. Conversations go to Bitrix24 open channels or amoCRM cards, and contacts and deals are created automatically. The WazzaBee app is published in the Bitrix24 Market.
Can I switch from WACA to WABA and back later?
Yes, a number can be moved from one connection type to the other. Message support from your dashboard, and we'll explain the steps for your number.
