Radist.Online* alternative
for businesses in the CIS
Working in Kazakhstan, another CIS country, Georgia or Türkiye, while your WhatsApp in amoCRM or Bitrix24 runs through Radist*? We move your number to the official WhatsApp Business API and install the integration in the same CRM. You pay in tenge, dollars or euros.
- Your number stays yours
- Your CRM stays the same
- Pay in ₸, $ or €
How leads are lost right now
Three situations almost every company knows
Subscription in another currency
The amount shifts with the exchange rate every month. An LLP in Kazakhstan needs an invoice in tenge, and companies in other countries prefer to pay in dollars or euros.
Channels built for another market
Your customers don't need MAX, Odnoklassniki or Avito. What you do want is OLX and Instagram in the same window as WhatsApp.
Afraid to touch a working number
Your sales depend on this number. You worry that customers won't reach you after the switch, and that templates and the verified badge will have to be earned again.
How a switch from Radist* goes
Sample conversation with WazzaBee support: the number is on the API, the CRM is amoCRM, an LLP invoice is needed.
How do I switch from Radist* to WazzaBee?
Five steps. Sales don't stop, and your CRM stays the same.
Create a WazzaBee account and tell us in a ticket whether the number is on the API or in the app and which CRM you use.
Prepare the number
For WABA, turn off the two-step verification PIN and check that you have admin access to your Meta Business Manager.
Connection
An API number migrates, an app number connects via Coexistence. You complete the Meta window yourself while support stays in touch.
CRM integration
Install WazzaBee in amoCRM or on the same Open Channel in Bitrix24, then turn off the previous integration.
Bitrix24 history
Through an inbound webhook we load the channel's past chats into your dashboard with their original dates.
What you get
Pay in ₸, $ or €
In Kazakhstan pay in tenge by card or by invoice for sole proprietors and LLPs, in other countries by card in dollars or euros.
Your WABA moves in full
We migrate a WhatsApp API number through Meta's procedure: display name, quality rating, limits, verified badge and approved templates are kept.
App numbers work too
With Coexistence the WhatsApp Business app stays on your phone, and personal chats from the last 6 months come over when you connect.
amoCRM as it was
The WazzaBee integration connects to the same amoCRM. Old conversations stay in the cards, new messages land in the same deals.
Bitrix24 with history
The connector goes onto the same Open Channel, and we load the channel's past chats into your WazzaBee dashboard with their original dates.
Built-in CRM and the channels you need
WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram, OLX and a website widget in one window. No separate CRM? Work in the WazzaBee CRM.
How much does WhatsApp cost after switching from Radist*?
Connecting a channel is free. You pay for the channel subscription and for messages at Meta's rates in tenge, dollars or euros, prices below.

What to check before switching from Radist*
Radist* connects both regular WhatsApp and WABA, and in Bitrix24 it works through Open Channels or its own chat window. So first find out which setup you have.
Number on WABA
It migrates through Meta's procedure with its name, rating, limits, verified badge and templates. Turn off the two-step verification PIN and make sure you are an admin of your Meta Business Manager. Meta does not transfer conversations that were stored only with the previous provider.
Number in the WhatsApp app
We connect it via Coexistence, and the WhatsApp Business app stays on your phone. Personal chats from up to 6 months back come over, files from the last 2 weeks only, group chats are not transferred.
Chats in Bitrix24
Open Channel conversations belong to the portal and stay there. We load them into your WazzaBee dashboard through an inbound webhook, and nothing is sent to your customers.
Worked without a CRM
If your agents replied in a separate chat window, WazzaBee has its own CRM: deals, contacts and every channel in one place.
