Chat2Desk* alternative
keep your number
Your WhatsApp runs through Chat2Desk*, but you want something simpler for business in Kazakhstan and the CIS? We move your number together with its name, badge and approved templates, connect it to your Bitrix24 or amoCRM, and your sales team keeps chatting on the same number.
- Number with the badge
- Approved templates
- Same CRM
How leads are lost right now
Three situations almost every company knows
You need WhatsApp, not a whole contact center
Your sales team messages customers on WhatsApp and runs deals in the CRM. Telephony, tickets and a dozen modules are not what they need. You want to connect the line and get to work.
Too much earned on the number to lose
The number has the green badge, a high rating and a stack of approved templates. The worry is that switching provider means going through Meta all over again.
Channels built for another market
The channel list has Avito, Youla and Drom, while your buyers write from OLX, Instagram and WhatsApp. You want those chats in one inbox.
How a switch from Chat2Desk* begins
A sample conversation with WazzaBee support: the number is already on the API, and the badge and templates must be kept.
How to switch from Chat2Desk* to WazzaBee?
Five steps. Your number, templates and CRM stay with you.
Dashboard and ticket
Sign up for WazzaBee and tell us in a ticket how the number is connected and which CRM you use.
Prepare the number
Remove the two-step verification PIN and check your admin access to Meta Business Manager.
Connect WhatsApp
A number on the API is migrated through Meta's procedure, a number from the app is connected through Coexistence. You go through the Meta window yourself, and we stay in touch.
CRM
Install the WazzaBee app in Bitrix24 or amoCRM and pick the same line or pipeline your agents work in.
Chats from Bitrix24
If you need previous chats in the dashboard, we load them through an inbound webhook with their original dates. Nothing is sent to customers.
What you get
The number moves with everything it earned
Meta's migration procedure keeps the name, quality rating, limits, badge and approved templates. Customers keep writing to the same number.
An app number stays on the phone
If the number was connected by QR code, we connect it through Coexistence: WhatsApp Business keeps working on the phone, and up to 6 months of personal chats arrive in the dashboard.
Bitrix24: the same Open Channel
The WazzaBee connector goes onto the line your agents already use. Previous chats are loaded into the dashboard through an inbound webhook with their original dates.
amoCRM: the same deal cards
The WazzaBee integration connects to your amoCRM. Old conversations stay in the cards, and new messages arrive in the same place.
Broadcasts with Meta templates
Migrated templates are ready to use right away. New ones go to review from the dashboard, and you send them to your customer base.
Our own CRM and all channels in one inbox
WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram, OLX and a website widget in one inbox. If you have no separate CRM, you work in the WazzaBee CRM.
How much does WhatsApp cost after switching from Chat2Desk*?
Connecting the line is free. You pay a line subscription and messages at Meta rates: in Kazakhstan in tenge by card or by invoice for sole traders and LLPs, in other countries by card in dollars or euros. Prices below.

What to check before switching from Chat2Desk*
Chat2Desk* connects WhatsApp through both the Business API and the Cloud API. So first find out where your number lives now and where the conversations are stored.
Number on the WhatsApp API
It moves through Meta's procedure with its name, quality rating, limits, badge and approved templates. Remove the two-step verification PIN in advance and make sure you have admin rights in Meta Business Manager.
Number in the WhatsApp app
It connects through Coexistence, and the WhatsApp Business app stays on the phone. On connection you get up to 6 months of personal chats and files from the last 2 weeks; group chats are not transferred.
Chats in the old service's inbox
Meta does not move what was stored only with the previous provider. If some conversations matter, save them before the number is switched.
Chats in Bitrix24 or amoCRM
Open Channel chats belong to the Bitrix24 portal and stay there; we load them into the WazzaBee dashboard via webhook. In amoCRM the history stays in the deal cards.

Yes. A number on the WhatsApp API is migrated through Meta's procedure: the name, quality rating, limits and badge stay. A number from the app is connected through Coexistence.
Will our approved message templates be kept?
When a number moves from the API, its approved templates move with it, and you don't need to send them for review again.
Will the chats from the Chat2Desk* inbox be transferred?

You can prepare for the move while the previous service is still running. The line there is turned off at the moment the number is migrated, and we'll tell you when.

Connecting official WhatsApp takes 15 minutes. If old chats need to be loaded from Bitrix24, we give the timeline after estimating the volume.
